My name is

Barry Borsboom

Hi there, I'm Barry Borsboom, currently a first year master student Media Technology at the university of Leiden. In the past I have worked as a designer and concept developer at O / Utrecht. Currently I'm working for Tamtam as a user interface designer and as a freelancer.

Beside my work and study I also work on a project called Transparent Spaces, in which we work on visualizing common ground in physical spaces using data from social network sites.

In the spare time that is left I play tennis, read books, watch movies and backpack my way around the world.

I'am...

I love to think in solutions and develop idea's. Take a look at some of my projects to learn more about this.

I am interested in every form of useful design and the psychology behind it. Good user centered design isn't easy.

As a true Apple fanboy I want everybody to switch to a mac. I actually worked at an apple store for a few years!

I love to travel as far away as possible. The complete feeling of freedom during a journey is awesome! Take a look at some of my photo's on my Flickr! account.

I love tennis. Started when I was 7 years old and still playing it a few nights a week.
